Can Ticketmaster Tickets be added to Apple Wallet?

Ticketmaster tickets can only be in one Apple Wallet at a time. If someone else has added the tickets: Ask them to remove the tickets from their wallet. Transfer the tickets back to your Ticketmaster account. Try adding them to your Apple Wallet again. If you’re having trouble adding tickets to Apple Wallet, don’t worry.

Why can't I add tickets to my Ticketmaster wallet?

Your phone may not support the latest iOS which is required to add tickets to your wallet. You may be attempting to add tickets that are already in someone else's wallet. Any tickets purchased from an individual Ticketmaster account can only be linked to one Apple ID.

What if I can't view my ticket in the Ticketmaster app?

If you can’t view your ticket in your Ticketmaster app, please contact the seller you purchased your ticket from. Invalid tickets found in your digital wallet have been transferred, sold or canceled and can no longer be used for entry. You can confirm the status of your order in the My Tickets section or My Events in the app.
